Chỉ việc xuất hiện công khai trước mọi người, không còn ẩn tránh hay giấu mặt. Thường dùng để nói một người đã ra mặt hoặc lộ diện trong một sự việc.

To appear openly in front of others, no longer hiding or staying out of sight. It is often used to say that someone has finally shown themselves or come forward in a matter.
